Seven Oaks School Division has made a commitment to keeping costs to a minimum for your child’s education including school related activities such as field trips. In keeping with this philosophy, we are asking parents for $40.00/child for Grades 1-5, and $35.00/child for Kindergarten. This will be the only fee assessed during the school year and will include school supplies and field trips.
Teachers will purchase school supplies for the whole class and distribute them in a way that is safe for children to use in their daily activities.
Please bring the school fee to your child’s orientation meeting with the teacher in September. Cheques can be made payable to Constable Edward Finney School. You can also pay online via Parent Connect - instructions are on the main webpage under Publications. If you need to make other arrangements, please do not hesitate to talk to your child’s teacher or the school principal.
In addition, your child will need the following items:
- 1 pair of indoor runners (Feel free to send used, but clean, runners; new runners are not necessary)
- For younger children, it is always a good idea to have an extra set of clothes in their backpacks in case of accidents, weather, or spills at school.
