Seven Oaks School Division accepts applications from external applicants for educational assistant positions online.  

The Division is pleased to accept all applications, however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

  Seven Oaks requires the following documentation as a part of the application process 

• Cover Letter
  
• Resume
• Three Professional References (names and contact information)
  

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: 

• High School Diploma.​​
• Educational Assistant Certificate or similar education/training considered an asset.
• First Aid / CPR Certificates.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate.
• Successful clearance of Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Records Search - Vulnerable Sector Verification (responsibility for both lies with the applicant).
